looking to get .bmp cleaned and enlarged ($5)

    Hopefully a quickie for somebody with the know how...

    I have a .bmp (397x351) that is a photo of a shield/crest from the front of a small book.

    I would like to have the .bmp cleaned, made sharper (it's only 2 colours) and made bigger so I can use it for various backdrops (supplying a vector graphic would be great!)

    I've sent the PM to both of you, but please have a look at the .bmp BEFORE starting the work and let me know if you can do it, what size graphic you can supply, and whether it will be a vector!
