So like the title of the thread says I am looking to form a design / programming team in which will eventually evolve into a company online doing themes, headers, and much more. The idea behind this is to be able to cover a better range of skills and earn more also. Here are a list of the types of people I need in this team. - Designers who have experience with Photoshop, Flash, MS Paint, and any other sort of programs in which can be used to design web sites / graphics. - Programmers who have experience with PHP, CSS, XHTML, HTML, and any other languages of choice. - Slicers for PSD of WordPress themes, templates, any other sort of web based graphics which need slicing. Anyone who is interested in these jobs must have at least 1 year of experience in the field they are looking to apply for. This is due to we need experienced designers and programmers to complete bigger jobs. This is not a team in which will not get paid. I plan on paying members for every job completed and this will not be measly amounts.
