I'm not going to waste any of our time telling you about PR or any of that, let's just assume you know how to find out what you need to know about that stuff on your own. My personal developers blog was a year old this September & I'm looking to add a section called Services to the right sidebar below RSS & Email Updates and above Projects. I would like to fill this new section with up to six 300x100 units, I don't plan to use standard ad formats so I've attached a mockup of the format I want to use for the slots. In a nutshell the format consists of a small website thumbnail/logo/etc, a title link, and a descriptive paragraph. The image can be hosted by me, or you if you want to use it to keep tabs on impressions or show dynamic thumbnails or service specials. I want to reserve this for Webmaster related services such as hosting, SEO, programming, design, etc. No completely offtopic services such as insurance/realestate/meds/etc period. The blog currently gets an average of 90 unique visitors a day & is growing slowly. 85% of this is organic traffic. I have used Google Analytics to keep track of the traffic on this blog and the records available date back to September of 2007. Access to the Analytics profile using your Gmail address will be included with the slot. If you do not have a Gmail account, I can have a report emailed to you from Google in PDF format daily/weekly/etc. I'm looking to get $5 a month via Paypal for each of these slots.
I've attached two PDF files exported from Google Analytics with some numbers for the last 30 days. There's the "Visitors Overview" and the "Traffic Sources Overview". This is the first time I've attempted to fill advertising slots on any site, let alone this one. I'm willing to listen if anybody has suggestions.
so you design the ad?i may be interested in a spot for my affiliate marketing/webmaster forum. Please PM me with the thread url so i can loo at it again when i get home.thanks
I'm still looking to fill slots. I've got one slot filled by someone going on their second month so far.
