looking to do something like this

    I want to create a headline and a few lines of text on my homepage and then a more link to read the story,
    the topics will chnage daily so need a quick way of doing it

    dont really want a blog style as it needs to be the same format threw my site

    example link
    http://www.askbaby.com/
    where it says "LATEST"

    any help would be gr8

    Joomla can do this. You can customize you homepage to display any number of brief snippets of your lastest news, articles ets. I would find a simple template then make some modifications so its set up the way you want.
