Looking to create user webpage generating website.

I'm looking to create a website that allows users to easily create a webpage within minutes.

Basically a user signs up, enters some information, and my website engine will automatically create a webpage on my website with the information that particular user entered.

A lot of people tell me to use http://www.socialengine.net/ and customize it so that each profile becomes a public profile but I still feel there must be a social engine out there that does exactly what I'm looking for.
