Looking to create social networking site. I need a script.

I am looking to create a social bookmarking script. Can someone please point me in the right direction to find a social bookmarking script please.

I went with scuttle.org... its pretty cool but heres teh deal... I setup the site at www.faved.net and the urls are correct but dont open. if you click on http://faved.net/register/ it wont work but if you go to www.faved.net/register.php it will.

Something is weird. Anyone know what to do?

Pligg - digg clone - good idea, realization not so good. As for me, I could not get the beta 7 working stable... However there are some successful sites running Pligg, if you are ready to rewrite some of code and fix bugs - go ahead.
