    Looking for someone to create an animated JPEG banner. Easy job, basically I want a rotating red border around an image. $10USD per image.

    Example.

    The red blocks will rotate around the image clockwise. Let me know if you can do this!

    There is no animated JPEG image only GIF pictures can be animated
