I am currently working on a website similar to moc.ybdaz (spelled backwards for security reasons) that will allow users to create commercials for companies. Can anyone here let me know what I will need to create a website like this? (Flash, CSS, Php, Java, Ruby on Rails, etc.). Is anyone interested in undertaking this project and working with me on it? I have gotten a bit of financing and looking to outsource certain elements of this website. All your help will be much appreciated.
