Looking to create a membership website using either PHP, ASP.NET and MySQL

I'm looking to create a dynamic membership/subscription based website.
Basically, visitors will get a chance to subscribe to view unique content offered by the website.

What I need done is a great administrative backend.

1.) I will need a subscription system where I can login to the administrative panel and see all active subscriptions such as who is subscribed, who is currently logged in, who's account will expire soon, etc etc. This subscription system will set everyone's subscription to be 30 days, when 30 days is up, the subscription ends.

What payment gateway are you planning on using?

 

how about to use Wordpress with plugin
or joomla with subscription extension?
