Buying Looking to Change Hosts ASAP for 15 domains

I'm having some trouble with a current host provider for some of my sites. In total I have 15 sites I'm looking to relocated/transfer. Currently I have one hosting account and all added as 'add-on' domains, this is the situation I want to currently keep, unless you have a better solution.

My issues with current host: I bought ads to gain relavent visitors for one site only, it averaged about 800 unique visitors a day, my host automatically saw this as a DOS attack (or something of that variety) and the system automatically turned all my sites off. This is obviously unacceptable as the 15 sites hosted with them need to stay 'live' 100% of the time. My daily unique visitors for all sites hasn't been over 1500.

I need a provider who is RELIABLE, decently priced, and provides great support.

Help me out here, looking for a long-term solution and am a loyal customer (when served properly).

Let me know what you can do for me in helping me transfer my domains, providing hosting etc. None of my sites host or link to warez or other illegal things. Host can be either on or off shore.

What's your storage/bandwidth/control panel requirements, and your budget?

It seems like you are currently on shared hosting with addon domains, ever considered reseller hosting or VPS?

Right now I have unlimited diskspace and unlimited bandwidth, I know a lot of good it does me if my sites go down.
I have no idea how much I need, not a lot of traffic for these 15 sites, I probably need about 2gigs disk space and at least a gig per month bandwidth.
