    I've bought a few sites before through SitePoint and am now looking to buy websites in the home improvement / finance sectors. I don't really care if the site is making any money right now, although it would preferably be getting traffic from the 3 main engines. I would prefer it if they are a couple of years old.

    Please let me know (PM / post - don't mind) if you have any sites for sale with these credentials.

    For sites based on finance and with traffic from the three engines, several thousand dollars is pretty low compared to the affiliate commision or adsense revenue that can be generated. Might be better starting a new site and using the serveral thousand dollars to promote it.

    Well he didn't say how many thousands :D hope still there are some old sites for several thousands.

    BTW.. PM sent about 30 months old site :)
