    hmmm well how bout this..........I have a site with a alexa ranking of under 45,000, it gets over 130,000unique visitors a month, and is a page rank 4, and, has a member base of over 30,000!! this site is 4 years old and certainly NOT a cheap site, all custom built script, php based and this site gets sales daily some times several a day.I might not even sell it , I can tell you I will not even consider anything less than $25,000 for this as its among the top ten sites in its field, it is internet related and not porn, gambling or illegal, my site has a EXCELLENT reputation in many forums as well as many viral listings on google,yahoo, msn, all the web,and about 66 other big search engines...
