Buying Looking to Buy WordPress Sites with UNIQUE Content, Any Niche

Looking for sites with unique content, must be 90% unique, no autoblogs or thin content sites and must be WordPress.

Ideal site would be 50+ unique content article in any niche (not too keen on adult) with no Google penalties.

Please list number of articles, confirm the % that are unique, monthly traffic/traffic sources and earnings/earning sources.

Note: I'm not looking for sites that are making lots of traffic/money (unless you are selling them really cheap ) looking for sites that have good content that are lacking backlinks (low PR). As we all should know content is king, but backlinks turn great content into money.

If you've PM'd me and not provided the details I asked for you've wasted my and your time because I'm not going to count how many articles on YOUR site, I'm not going to guess how much traffic YOUR site gets, I'm not going to guess earnings and earning sources on YOUR site and I'm not going to make the first offer (if I did it would be $10 every time).

Anyway, do you have a budget in mind or a ballpark figure?

I don't have a set budget as such, if a site is worth it and I wanted it, I'd buy it. Realistically I'm looking for below a few hundred dollars for the sort of sites I have in mind, that being said if I see a great site going below what it's worth...

Basically enough content so there's no rush to add more and what the site needs is backlinks, I have more PR than content to rank with it. There's a lot of good sites out there that the owners don't have the resources to SEO (backlinks) and aren't making much money. If a site is already OK on backlinks and is making money there's not a lot to do to improve it in a big way, those take a year plus to recover the initial investment, not interested in those types of sites unless sold cheap.

Still buying WordPress sites, no AUTOBLOGS period: if you've used an autoblog plugin or scrapped content I don't want it, I don't care if it's making money today it won't be a couple of years from now.

Still amazes me you ask for this information which is quite basic info and yet still getting PMs with, here's my domain what will you pay for it!!! I'm not going to respond with what an awesome site you aren't making money from here's $10,000.
