    At least few months old
    All unique content - NO Autoblogs
    Should have backlinks
    Earning either through Adsense or Affiliate
    NO Porn, Wallpaper, Download, Warez, Music, Videos, Sports, Article Directories or Proxy.
    NO spammy domain names like las-vegas-car-insurance.info etc.

    Higher paying niche preferred.

    Budget is $xxx.
