Looking to buy websites at 5-7x avg. monthly revenue of past 2 months and preferably looking at websites which are around or more than a year old (min. 6 months).

Budget upto $3,500.

No specific category of sites.

Although NOT looking at sites which have been bought as turnkey sites or sites which are related to:

So since most people pay 10-12 months revenue, you basically want a site for half price....

 

Not every site's worth 10-12 month's revenue in my opinion. I've bought plenty of sites, some at 15 month's revenue and some at just 3. There're more factors than just revenue to look into (at least to me).

I'm just asking for offers out here. I don't think what I've mentioned is really unreasonable. I'm also open to going up to 10-12 months if I think it's worth it.

 

Yeah hes probably just looking for someone that needs the cash now so they need to cash out on their site. Not a bad idea actually. Especially around this time of year when some people went a bit overboard on holiday spending

This is a forum and he's entitled to ask the question. The truth is that the 10*monthly revenue is a line set in sand. Anyway 3000+ for a website is still a decent amount of money (especially with all the risks involved)!
