    I do not favor buying hits or traffic, because in that case people are sent on your website forcefully, it is better that you use adwords traffic or some PPC traffic, the best would be traffic from search engine. But in case you need a quick response then you can start email marketing by making a good email list.

    Don't buy traffic directly, I think first u should work with the free traffic, Visit TRAFFIC WITCH to bring free traffic to ur website, it will help u a lot :)
