    Hi Guys,

    I'm looking to buy a handful of small sites, preferably $1 - $2 a day income. No turn keys or anything that requires high maints. I'm paying 10 - 15x monthly income depending on stats.

    Sites must be cached in Google (recently) and not be banned from advertising networks :) (sorry had a few of these offered)

    Please let me know if you're selling or thinking of selling.

    What do you think about www.popclock.net

    It's a fully custom and unique site that auto-updates multiple times per day. I'm willing to sell it for $30.. which is pretty cheap considering it's unique. It gets ~20 uniques/day and no revenue since there are no ads on it.
