Buying Looking to buy sites generating income (adsense, adbrite, affiliate)

Im looking to buy a few sites. Here are the requirements that im looking for,

1) Site has to be .com, .ca, .net or . org. (not interested in .info domains)
2) Has to be established and online for more then 6 months.
3) The domain need Not to be dropped (good status)
4) Has to have stable traffic coming in from search engines (dont care how
much, but looking for something with organic traffic)
5) Has to make at least $15/month for the past 6 months
6) Can be any niche, product or service
7) Monerized and prefferably earning steadily with adsense.

Looking for buy ASAP. Paying NO MORE then 5 months rev.


Also, have a friend who is looking for a site currently making money in the 1k range.
