Looking to Buy Sites - At Least a Little Revenue and Traffic

Hi,

I am interesting in purchasing one or more websites. Here is what I am looking for:

1. Low manual maintenance. Not really looking for sites that will require a lot of time to maintain.

2. Established over four months ago.

3. High traffic isn’t incredibly important but must be generating at least 500 unique visitors per month for the past two months. Screenshots of traffic are required.

4. At least 20.00/mo in revenue for the past two months is preferred but not required. Proof of revenue (if applicable) is required.

5. I will consider offers from most industries/fields. I would prefer sites targeting the technology field or small/online business field. If anyone is selling a search engine, directory or something similar I would be very interested.


My budget per site is in the hundreds, depending of course on the site. Basically, I am looking for established sites that are turning some but not very high profits.

If you are unsure as to if the site meets the above list or if you think I might be interested anyway please contact me. I would rather review too many sites than too few.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately I cannot pay over 1,000 unless the site is making a reasonable amount of money to justify it although the domain seems to have some SEO value. If you are willing to go below a thousand let me know.
