    We are looking to buy a php / mysql shopping cart system. The shopping cart must be either free or paid, doesn't matter but must be a finished product and unique, no private label or clones. Must be existing project, whether one or one million users.

    Have you checked out template monster's OScommerce solutions? Pretty decent ones and best of all cheap to set up

    I did the same with osCommerce. Hacked it apart, used the good bits, modified those things that needed changing to suit my business.
