    We are looking to expand our portfolio of website assets. We are looking to purchase websites that reliably monetize by selling an online service rendered.

    Below is our purchase criteria:
    * Domain registered 5 Years or longer
    * No adult/illegal/unethical websites
    * Profit margins of 50% or greater
    * If you use Fiverr/Upwork/etc. to render the service, we would also need the contacts as part of the acquisition
    * Willing to pay 24X multiple derived from average/median monthly net profit
