Buying Looking to buy Phone Apps / Desktop Games / Desktop software / Software Sites

I’m looking at buying the following:

:- Software, both free & paid
:- Mobile phone applications (has to be making income)
:- Games (Desktop games only)
:- Software Forums / Software websites (these have to have traffic)

I would prefer if the software has a following or a number of steady downloads per month revenue is not important unless its paid software.

I will also look at buying application web sites with traffic and revenue.

Also I’m always looking for AGED Adsense websites that make a steady income (sites have to be over 1 year and 4 months old and you most have revenue proof to back this up)
