Looking to buy or have fansite network created

I'm looking to either buy a quality fan site network or have one made. If you are interested in creating and coding one or if you already have one, then please let me know. I would prefer to buy one, but I know sometimes you just have to get one coded and created. I would like a network of upwards of 500 fan sites all linked together, so let me know what you have and if you are interested in creating something, let me know that as well!

I have no budget really. I just create what I want, when I want. So I really don't have budget limitations, but I'm a businessman, so I'm not going to pay $10K for a project as simple as this.

I'm basically looking for something that looks like this:

Basically, I want something that is cleanly designed, with graphics that feature the celebrity. I'm looking for a network setup so that I can easily link to the other celebrities in the network through either a top navigation, or through thumbnails sort of like in the ELITE AFFILIATES section.

Essentially I don't need anything fancy, but I do want all of the sites to have a similar look and feel, so that it is easy to move from one site to the next within the network. I also want an option so that a user can visit a random site in the network.

Other than that... I really am not too picky.

As for time frame... I would essentially let this person create these sites indefinitely. You can start work and keep creating them forever if you want. Once you have the initial layout done, basically it's just a matter of changing graphics and adding content. So it would be a really easy job.

there is a DP member named "Interact" he make designs similar to what u have mentioned. I Would recommend him than any other DPian.
