Buying Looking to buy Nice Websites: Only low priced

Hi,

I am an article writer and I am ready to start building my own niche websites to fill with content. I may only start with one based on price, but I need something that is already established and making adsense money. I cannot have amazon on my sites as I live in a state where Amazon affiliates are not allowed.

I can only go cheap so even if the site is making less than $20 weekly or monthly, that is fine. It just needs to be making something of value as I can write more content to make it grow.

I am personally interested in niches like parenting, babies, pets, internet marketing and SEO, Facebook and Twitter, weightloss, weddings, and travel.

Please let me know what you have available or if you have leads on any niche websites for sale.

My budget is under $50

The sites are already established (~ 1yr old) however there is no revenue at this point.

Joshua, can you tell me why your site you posted has not had any revenue? My goal is to make money, but I really need confidence that the sites will do so. The product for sale on the site, where is it from? How would I earn that money if it is bought? It seems like a nice site. How much are you selling it for?

 

Honestly I think it's a lack of traffic. It's selling a Clickbank product, so the money you would make be be paid out through Clickbank.
I'd take $20 for the site.

I have another site listed here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1990067. Similar situation with this site, no revenue at this point, but I believe a lack of traffic plays a big role in that.
