Im obviously not just going to buy 100k uniques off a random person im looking to sample the traffic being sold first to determine who i am best to buy uniques from. I'll be buying 1k uniques for 3$ to determine what the quality of traffic is like for my mp3 search engine http://mp3iseasy.com so first of all you must allow these types of sites, although i host no illegal content on my server. They must be clicked links or visible popups, as i want to gain unique returning users not just a few hits.
