    I'm looking to by an ezine (e-mag, online magazine). I'm not really looking for newsletter sites, but I want a full-fedged ezine. Basically where writers can submit writting to be published in each issue - and prefferable not a market that pays the authors if the site is small.

    I have a small budget (as in less than $200, maybe smaller than that) please keep that in mind. High traffic isn't needed. An ezine that is specifically directed for horror writers and/or a forum is a plus.
