Buying Looking to buy ESTABLISHED websites with STABLE Adsense income

    As I mentioned in the title, I am looking to buy established websites with stable Adsense income and traffic. Please notice the keywords "established" and "stable" so meaning at least 1 year of stable history. I am not interested in sites that are just taking off.

    Your site must have at least 1 year stable adsense revenue of at least $500 per month and PR greater than 3. Not interested in anything less.

    PM me with your websites and offers. I am willing to pay good money for the right websites. Looking to spend up to $50,000 in buying these sites.
