    Im wanting to buy a directory site.Pr and indexing is a must.Would like an easy admin panel to add,edit and delete submissions..also,html editing and spider to check for recips,would be nice

    Why don't you try http://www.bookfinder.us/swapware_demo/ , they have a nice tool for free and get quickley indexed with search engines. They only require a backlink. They have all the features you're looking for.

    I got PR 3 during my first update with google.
