    I am looking to buy websites that are related to: Real Estate, SEO, Baseball or Shopping.

    Rules:
    #1, These websites must be at least 8 months of age or older.

    #2, Not much traffic to your website.

    #3, Websites that are out-dated and you are just looking to sell.

    I would need proof to show that you are the owner of such website for sale.
    This would include a email sent to me from the same email address registered to the domain name.
