We would recommend you to write the code from the scratch, if it is possible. It sure will cost more and it will take a lot more time, but it probably will have a better chance of winning. For example, try to find a successful pre-made classifieds, which it is less than few years old. You probably won't find any, since there is nothing unique about them and they have been used over thousands times. It doesn't make sense for search engines to prioritize such sites and people probably won't remember them. Again, it just was a personal opinion, we might be totally wrong. Best of luck.
