    I am looking to buy an automated site that doesn't need a lot of looking into that has decent amount of traffic and that isn't a proxy or a warez forum.
    Budget : 100 $
    I want the site to be at least 2 month old.

    None of those sites posted above are proxies. They also have 100s if not 1000+ pages indexed in google and other search engines.

    They have traffic as well.
