Here are the few requirements...
Site should be established with domain.
Getting traffic atleast 50 visitors per day( Negotiable )
Adsense Optimized with good ad placement.
Making few bucks ( More it is better it is ) only via google adsense or YPN
Should not be banned from google
Most importantly it should have 500+ games ( Negotiable )

www.arcadeland.net was hacked and was a very large site with alot of users, now it has just been back it is getting around 60 visits a day which will shoot up once the word gets around thats it is back up. It very VERY popular, please offer me $300 or over.

Made $40 per month on text links before hacked, thats without adsense or banners on!
