With regards to what I am willing to pay for websites I do not work on a rule of revenue multiplied by x. I work on a simple rule on how quick I can make my money back and start to make a profit!

It's making about $290/mo (and has been for more than a year). You can really monetize it more if you had the time (sell links in the directory, write or hire someone to write a custom search engine using Google Co-Op, etc.)
