    for example if a site is making consistently $1/day ~ $30/month,
    how much will you pay for it?

    this is how i determine a site worth:

    Time = at least $9.25/hour (minimum wage in California)
    Hosting Cost = at least $9/month
    Adsense = at least $1/day

    Use all these numbers and add up....to get the $$$$$

    i see. usually selling a website taken into considiration website revenue or how it is promoted on se. usually good price is 8x-12x of month revenue not taking into considiration expenses.

    and not all guys are from Ca.In some countries min wage is $0.5/h - so what?

    btw your website is very nice one.
