    Looking to buy websites with Adsense Income (not interested in other income sources). The pay will be based on income history. The more solid and consistent the income, the higher the pay (average pay is 5x the average income).

    -site should be indexed on Google
    -must be generating organic traffic (no paid traffic)
    -content must unique and of high quality
    -MUST be able to show proof of traffic and income
    -PLEASE do NOT expect to be paid based on your site's future potential
    -.com/.net names preferred
    -$10/month minimum earnings
    -any niche (no directories)

    The 5x is five times the monthly revenue. That's an average number, which varies according to the site. I've paid as low as 3x and as high as 10x.
