Buying Looking to buy abandoned blogs with at least 1 year of uptime

    I'm looking to buy abandoned blogs with at least 1 year of uptime and PR 1.
    Before buying I have to check if GoogleBot is visiting the blog how it is supposed to be.
    This means that I will need the blog's admin credentials (user & password). Once I log in, I will add 2-3 posts (lorem ipsum) and install 2 plugins: "wassup plugin" which I will use to check the GoogleBot activity and "max blog optimizer" to ping the posts.

    If the blog is ok then GoogleBot should crawl the posts in a matter of minutes after I add them, and afterwards I will accept (or not) your price offer.

    I am not interested in blogs whose domains have expired and were registered using backorder.

    Please do not contact me if you do not accept these conditions and I am unable to check the blog before buying it.

    This whole thing sounds extremely shady. Someone gives you access so you can upload malicious code or a virus and say you dont want the blog after? Especially someone with only 7 posts on the forum...

    I wouldn't give anyone admin access to a site before it was sold and paid for to a stranger, and anyone who does is completely insane IMO

    How does crawl frequency even make a blog OK in your books? Wtf this whole post is crazy

    Yes he is asking for admin access of the blog, it sounds fishy to me too. I am not doubting the credibility of this guy, but I am not at all comfortable in sharing the admin credentials of my blog.

    I suspect @RoManiac1 has had issues in the past getting sample posts uploaded and getting access to stats. I'd have thought the solution would be documentation rather than asking for admin access.

    You don't need admin access if you just want to see how quickly a post gets indexed.

    If anyone decides to go ahead make sure your site is fully backed up beforehand, download a copy of the plugin and review asap and never, ever give access to your domain registration info.

    We are allowed to give feedback on the deal - in this case the feedback is valid.

    You are quite correct about it being your right to set the terms but that does not prevent anyone from giving feedback.

    @sarahk is ok somebody who make business with me give feedback. But not what hapend now. Somebody come, read my threat and start to say bullshit like I THINK Romaniac1 wants steal blog stat or other personal opinion.

    See you want to buy the blog and wants to verify the quality of the blog: it makes complete sense. But asking for admin access that too when you are not credible enough on such big forum, will surely raise bars. Only being a premium member doesnt get you a key to ask for blog's admin credentials.

    Though, I am seriously interested in selling my blog. I have given you the link where I have posted it for the selling. :)

    I allowed RoManiac1 to access a blog of mine, I made a backup before hand just in case. I setup an account for him, which I removed after he checked. Had no issues afterward.

    I already have a deal with @RoManiac1, he was good, yesterday my 5 blogs transaction to be sold, before buying @RoManiac1 let me check my blog by going to wp-admin blogs. she just install the plugin and filling wassup 2 article in the blog to check the ability of blogs.

    if he was stealing a blog, you could have a setting in Cpanel .. @RoManiac1 credibility is not good at DP forums, but he's reliable, recommended, he's good.
