I am looking to buy an existing website that is earning 1000+ per month, what are the best sites to look for that? The forum here for buying sites is tedious and seems full of smaller sites and scam sites? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
It's hard to find good sites...I'm in the same boat as you... I just do my due diligence but visit everywhere because good sites come up for sale almost anywhere... I've even had luck contacting site owners and asking them if they'll be interested in selling... best of luck.
with 1000$ you can create a web site make more than 1000 $ per month for help or any question don't hesitate to contact me
Dont buy websites. Instead built it using outsourced professionals. There are many who can help you to develop any type of websites (news, blog, forums, classifieds, social media, Q&A, and other features ) using CMS like Drupal, Joomla etc... with readymade templates and blogs. You can also find remote bloggers who can write content on any themes for as little as $800 per month on full time basis. send me a ping for more details ~BALA
If you are looking to buy an existing site then perhaps sitepoint is the best place to look. The thing to bear in mind is that if a site has a history of producing income and revenue, then it will have a higher value than a site that has only just started to make money. Therefore if you are going to buy site that has been an established moneymaker for some time then you will expect to pay a premium. However, if you can spot ae site with potential, you may be able to pick up a bargain. In this respect, websites are very similar to off-line businesses. Anybody who was going to buy a business, would want to see at least three years accounts. As a general rule of thumb, income-producing sites tend to be sold at anywhere from five - 30 times the monthly earnings.
