    I am looking for a top forum - needs to be established with high number of users (at least 50,000 members)- does not need to be fully monetised - willing to pay very high price - particularly interested in webmaster forums, black hat forums. coding forums, tech forums etc

    BUT can be in any niche - must have a high pr and the stated criteria above,

    I will of course need revenue and traffic proof etc before any purchase

    I do not own a large forum but I am about to throw my site up for sale. It's had 1 million hits since I started it april 22nd 2012. This is an untouched niche, the site is branded and the brand alone gets 5000+ searches daily. It is an adult site though.

    I have a forum and you can see in my signature, the members haven't reached 50K but the adsense revenue is very good.
