Looking to buy a site with 1000+ uniques/daily | $200+/m from adsense

Hello,

I am looking for a new project/website and have about $2000(+/-) to invest. Feel free to make me an offer if you have a site for sale that maches my requirments below:

- must have 1000+ uniques per day of good quality traffic.
- At least 3 months of adsense earnings with stable $200+/monthly income.
- Site should not need daily maintenance (eg. customer care) work...can be left 1 week unatended if neccessary.
- Site needs to be interesting and offer valuble content/serverses/producs to the visitors.
- forums are also good (preferably vbulletin) but workload needs to be minimal (max 1 hour per day).
