Price is not based on revenue. Based on age, and domain. My revenue, and marketing skills, are not going to be the same as yours, but these sites have done well without much attention from me, and I do not have the time to put an adwords, or adsense, or any other marketing to increase their revenue.
So you will not get any surprises, or find that after you buy the sites, I have removed important traffic links.
They are in Linking Network, and you will keep a Lifetime Membership for each domain.
They are for sale as is. You basically need to make a few sales to recoup your investment, and the rest is profit for the life of your ownership.
