    Can you list out some advantages of owning a search engine..please...

    I fail to understand how you would overpower the leader big G and induce people into using your services?

    a search engine with existing traffic is great since it already has a following. We are not interested in going against google, that is not the concept. But I do not think we all should rollover and die, accepting the Google search monopoly.

    Secondly, you can build your own network by absorbing other engines, directories, etc. And the more money you have the better the options.
