    http://www.getafreelancer.com - the people in here more expensive but more likely to get people with first world commercial web experience, if you know what I mean

    both free to post and will deliver fast results (48 hours at most)

    usually you can ask potential contractors to write some test code for you before you make a decision. Pay on either a ongoing contract basis (NEVER pay upfront, but in agreed installments) or fixed fee project basis (25 upfront, 50% midway, 25% on delivery)

    Thanks for the links. I know the Asian market quite well (being based in HK), but although you Westerner's think the Asian Market and cheap and well skilled, it's not really true...I guess it's what you pay for...

    I was actually wondering if anyone on this forum would like to apply for this role as I trust most of you guys here!

    Awddesign look a bit too expensive and his skills are in Web Design (like mine)...looking for someone who really has experience of search engine work...if not I can code myself, just have no time at the moment...
