    A movie site that runs on autopilot?? They are known for being high maintainence. Even your example one has the movies added manually and the ones that are now broken from Megavideo will need to be replaced.

    Be prepared to outsource the work if you cant do it yourself. Just some friendly advice.

    Yup i dont think that even if you find 100$ automated website you will be able to maintain it without spending time on it.

    Just get a good oldfashioned movie theme by WP and add your movies manually add your CPAlead widget and you are good to go ....Also you might want to get some program that can automate your ptomotion methods ...a good one i recently found and bought can be seen in my sig.
