Sorry for being un-clear, looking to work with a designer and build one from scratch. We are currently using Facebook advertising to land on our FB page but no yielding any results. This will be for a local service.
Ahhhh thats okay well if you want to outsource a designer the best places are ODesk and e-lance. (I personally would not touch fiverr with a 5ft pole for any serious work.)
