Looking To Buy A Busy Web Directory Custom Script And At Least 1 Year Old

Hello Everyone,
Last week I posted on DP looking for a web directory, and I received many replies, and still have not quite found the directory I am looking for, so I decided to try again,I am not looking for a new site, or one with little traffic also I would like to find if possible a directory that may be found for certain keywords on google,yahoo, msn ect... so this means a pretty well optomized directory,also If possible I prefer a directory that has been custom designed and easy to run from the admin area.

I also am looking for a directory that gets decent traffic and would like you to please send me the traffic stats, as well as a fairly good income, I am NOT looking for sites that are new,seems I get many replies with brand new directories,also I am only interested in .com"s no .net's . org"s ect...

my budget is between $1000.00- and $2000.00- usd and I realize that I will not get a directory that earns $4,000 a month and gets 100,000 uniques a day!!! However I feel I should be abLe to find a "decent " directory, and recieve a decent monthly income of 150.00 to 225.00 a month, I am also looking to sell my seo software website and might consider a partial trade, my site is www.easyseo.com . I want to move in a different direction I can tell you that easyseo when advertised right earns over $300.00 a month I have not spent the time on easyseo so I have decided its time to sell it.
