Buying Looking to buy 1-3 sites. Paying 5-10 months revenenue. Mostivated Buyer

Me and my partner are looking to aquire some established websites.

Here are the criteria it MUST meet:

1) Be Established for more then 6 months.
2) NO Dropped domains, and must be Google Friendly (not previously suspended)
3) Must be making $$$ from affiliate sales, adsense, CPA, or other networks
(must provide proof)
4) Some SEO done to it.
5) NO Proxy sites.

Looking for sites that make about $15-50/month. Willing to pay up to 10 months revenue depending on site and content.

Also, interested in sites making $100-200/month for the past 6 months. (willing to pay up to 12 months revenue). Only interested if site is solid.

Would prefer sites that run on autopilot but open to anything.
