I'm looking to assemble a good team of PHP developers to work 2-5 days/week. You would be expected to work 8 hour days and be available for communication during those hours. Experience and strong skills in the following is a must: - PHP (object oriented code) - Familiarity with MVC frameworks (experience with at least one framework preferred) - HTML - CSS - Javascript/jQuery Experience with the following, while not required, is favourable: - Linux sysadmin skills. - Git - Photoshop Strong English communication skills required. Minimum of 3-4 years experience required (though technically if you're good enough, I would be willing to waive this, however I don't want to be inundated with PMs from inexperienced programmers). No agencies - I only want to deal directly with programmers, and am not interested if you manage a set of programmers. I, myself am a PHP developer and will quickly be able to distinguish who is and isn't up for the role - so if you don't deem yourself an expert, please do not apply, as you'll just be wasting both your and my time.
