We are trying a new program where we will simply allow experienced individuals in the web hosting industry work for a free web hosting account by becoming a Support Ticket Representative. We are looking for 4individuals dedicated, experienced, friendly, and looking to grow with a company with high expectations for the future. All applicants must be over 18 years of age, and have had at least 2 or more years experience with support related task dealing with CPanel/WHM (other web hosting related content). Other Requirements: -Resume (list of experiences) -Able to speak/write professionally (correct grammar usage as well). -Experience with billing software's are a plus (Ex. WHMCS, ClientExec, etc) Support Ticket Representative Job Duties: * Answering and solving support tickets * Troubleshooting level 1 issues Compensation: * Payout through web hosting. You will simply work for your web hosting plan that we set you up on by answering a certain amount of tickets per month. (How many support tickets vary per plan. More details will be given in the interview.) * Commission on any sales generated whilst working on the support team Websites that are not allowed to be hosted: -proxies, warez, torrents, bittorrents, and illegal content Adult sites are allowed.
