Buying Looking to add a few more NATIVE English speakers to my team

I'm looking to add a few more native English speakers to my team. I should probably state up front that I'm only looking for native English speakers - I'm sorry, but I won't be able to hire you if you approach me offering an "articl writting servic"!

I can usually offer continuous work at competitive team rates. Of course, since my work is continuous, it is at a lower rate than one-off projects, but I still pay a lot more than what others on here pay.

I like to reward fast turnaround times. A quick turnaround time is rewarded with a $0.05 / 100 word bonus for all projects.

My rates are as follows:

Article writing: $0.75 / 100 words, with a bonus of $0.05 / 100 words for work completed within 24 hours of my sending you the work.

Article rewriting: $0.65 / 100 words, with a bonus of $0.05 / 100 words for work completed within 24 hours of my sending you the work.

If you'd like to join my writing team, please send me a PM with one or two samples (the more the better!). You should start getting regular work within a week of your acceptance into the team.

Just to cover myself, I should probably insert this disclaimer: I reserve the right to 'let go' any team member at any time for any reason. Reasons usually include slow turnaround times or poor quality writing. I'll usually give you a warning, but if it's clear that you've just used a script to rewrite an article, there's the door

I agree with the above. Your rates are too low when asking for quality from someone who speaks English as a first language. The going rate is .01/word minimum.

 

As I am offering long-term work, $0.80 / 100 words is more than fair. I know many offer $1.00 / 100 words rates for one-off projects, but I'd like to kick-start a relationship with quality writers at $0.80 / 100 words, increasing with time.

What type of content are you wanting? News articles? Certain Topics? Wide Variety?

This does not apply to me, but certain writers charge more for certain topics as there harder to write for and some writers only write for certain topics.
