Looking popup/under network with following requirements

Hello guys,

I've been with WWWpromoter for some time now using their network for serving pop ads. For some reason, they've "kicked" image hosting related sites from their premium publishers and since then, I'm unable to generate more than $4.8 daily on 12k unique visitors per day and more than 20k daily session.

I'm looking for an advertising network that could provide following:

- Great fill rate for top tier countries and average fill rate for lower tier countries
- No frequency cap but also paying for most of impressions (default ones are included)
- Daily or weekly payouts with no more than $50 minimum threshold
- Payoneer preferred payout option or Paypal (masspay or standard payout with covering fees)
- Allowing using other networks beside them (you'll be on first activation spot)
- Provides direct link, giving me availability to use my own activation code (will not misuse, but implement in current one I have that bypasses Adblock perfectly)

You should try PopAds.net and PopCash.net . I've used them both and I really like them.

Popcash - they're only paying for unique impression and don't have 100% fill rate
PopAds - their code is not generating any revenue to me for some weird reason (code conflict or smthng like that)

@PulpyAds Luke I'll give you a chance. Could you tell me what's minimim payout threshold?

it is one of the biggest pop-under networks available. .

 

try popvertizer, popvertising, or CPMoz.. first two are new but CPMoz is very reliable. They all are offering good rates.

 

you can also try Adconjure, the owner of AdConjure is claiming to beat any pop up rates. Giving it a try is also not a bad option. Here's his thread on DP.

@kkrajdurai - I'm not looking to bypass adblocks, so I'm not sure we'd have a good revenue generated with you
@Ad Nets Review - I'm currently looking for those stable/reliable ones, so new ones could also be scratched out. CPMoz has been tested and they're providing awful cpm rates for high tier countries. As for AdConjure, I'll try them out few days and will update you about the result.
@nikipink - I've been with propellerads before and I'm not satisfied because I'm being paid for unique impression while their code is running without frequency cap. They're great, but not what I'm looking for.

You can change a frequency cap via our support (as well as other settings for publisher's ad channels).
We pay for every impression, but of course, it depends on the fill rate for your traffic GEO.

 

Still looking for an popunder network that could meet at least 60% of requirements from the original thread.
